5 Love Languages for New Parents

How to Use the 5 Love Languages for New Parents

Bringing a child into this world is a MAJOR milestone for couples. Problem is... babies are HARD and they can really test a couple's connection.

One of the biggest tools that I use with couples in a couples therapy session is the 5 Love Languages by Gary Chapman. I love it because it is easy to understand how love languages and understanding your partner's preference can change the way they see you.

It is easy to show love to your partner ... but are you showing them the type of love they prefer??

Not sure what the 5 Love Languages are? The picture shows a small snippet of each love language and how to apply it.

Watch this video to learn more about the 5 Love Languages and how you can apply it to this new transition in your life.

If you are interested in taking the test for yourself check it out here -> https://www.5lovelanguages.com/quizzes/.
